Trust Trust Agents
I’m reading Trust Agents right now. It’s a book by my friends Chris Brogan and Julien Smith. I have a vested interest in the book, because I know and respect Julien and Chris. Both of their blogs are filled with knowledge that everyone should subscribe to.
Business books aren’t just about businesses, they are about you, your personal brand. You’ve probably heard way too much chatter over this in the last couple of years, but it’s something you should always be considering.
What do you want people to think of when they hear your name? What do you want them to say to others about you?
I’m just at the beginning of Trust Agents, it’s too soon for me to write a review. I can say with certainty that this is a book that every person who is considering blogging or who has a blog should check out. If you have a blog you want to promote it to the world, Chris and Julien have some great ideas and examples of how to achieve this. In fact, if you have any public presence online you should pick up a copy of the book.
Marketing guru, Seth Godin writes:
This one’s a keeper. If you do business online (or do business with people who have ever been online) or know someone who once used a computer, I strongly suggest you get smart about the ideas in this book.
Go grab a copy right now and do yourself and a couple of friends a favor. Trust me.
