It sure says a lot when you experience great customer service. I've had
similar dealings with disqus, which is why I love them.

I have been using http://www.lifestreambackup.com also and have been really pleased with the service and responsiveness of the developers. I had a log-in issue with my delicious.com and they had it resolved in no time and I got emails back within a few hours of submitting the problem. I have been using them for about 2 months and feel better know that my social commentary and interactions are securely backed-up and available in common / open formats should I ever need to review or access them.

Unlike Jason who posted previously I am not affiliated with the company.
