		<description>Honestly, I think this is something that you would need to push the major cable and internet companies on. The main reason so many people have dial-up or no internet is because it is expensive to reach those laces and/or companies like comcast are content with keeping them at dial-up, not educating them on an upgrade (the latter is more of a guess). But companies like comcast and at&amp;t i would imagine are the only ones with both the resources and know how to reach these places. What&#039;s sad is that while it would be an expensive outing (hence why they don&#039;t do it), I would bet that the profits would make it worth it.</description>
