Too often, companies are afraid to embrace social marketing or think that &quot;throwing up a page on (insert site here)&quot; will do the trick. It is refreshing to see a company truly engage with it market through social media and also admit that some efforts have not been successful. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.</description>
