		<description>I agree with Bill. Blip.tv is pretty good for hosting videos. And for converting, there&#039;s a free version of Visual Hub called iSquint. Maybe it&#039;ll work for you!</description>

		<description>I&#039;d host (and I do) on blip.tv. It&#039;s podcast friendly! They&#039;ll give you a flash player and link to the original file so you can put it on your site and podcast feed! I don&#039;t know if they will accept a flash file though. If your on a Mac use Visual Hub, it&#039;s not free but it&#039;s amazing!</description>
