Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy

To post my tweets on my blog or not? PART III – Conclusion

This is the third and final post in my series about Twitter Tools and WordPress. I won’t bore you with the back story here since I’m sure you’ve already been following right? Right? Okay, if you haven’t you can read the second post here (which links to the first one too).

I have to thank Bill Deys for pointing out a solution on Bryer’s blog. Brian includes the link to a plug-in which allows you to control all of your Categories in WordPress. For example, now all of my automated Twitter Daily Digests go straight to Archive and do not appear in my feed. This is exactly what I was trying to achieve, now I still get the Google juice, but I don’t annoy you guys and clutter my blog.

Thank you again Bill for pointing this out to me. Thanks to Bryper for posting about it. This is proof how cool social networking is, I blog about it, Bill (a blogger and podcaster) comments with a link to Bryer, who blogged the solution.

I should also thank Rich Hamilton of Run Your Own Website for developing the plug-in.
