Friday night at the New Media Expo

The PNE has been fun so far. I had a lovely dinner with fellow Canuck, Terry Fallis. He was kind enough to invite me to join his group at an Italian restaurant just a short walk from our hotels. Over dinner I met Karin Hoegh, Dan York, Stefan Didak, and Sallie Goetsch (ryhmes with “sketch”). We had a lot of laughs discussing the troubles with bad photographers, polar bears, US/Canadian customs, and linguistics. I had a great time.

I am getting ready to join C.C. Chapman and his Hey Homefries Breakfast gang over at Spires Restaurant for a nice greasy breakfast and plenty of coffee.
