  • Sprint Technical Support answered the call! 00:10:03 mins. #
  • @jaffejuice: :-) still on the line with Sprint 00:14:10… #
  • Sprint tech support seems a big unsure of herself? Perhaps they need confidence training…stay tuned. Now on the phone for 00:15:12… #
  • Sprint tech support is looking up info on Macs. Says they don’t get many calls from Mac users. I’m back on hold… 00:17:30 mins… #
  • Sprint call completed 00:25:38. Problem solved. They keep me as a customer (this time). #
